カフェで相談始めたい！／ I want to start counceling at a cafe!

人事部でカウンセリングの必要性を感じ勉強を始めたのが13年前。

産業カウンセラー、キャリアカウンセラー、心理相談員

キャリアコンサルタント、キャリアコンサルタント技能士2級、

精神保健福祉士

と少しづつ勉強を加えていって、電話相談のバイトも7年

働く人、学生、保護者など相談になって10年以上が経ちます。

現在は、精神科病院で患者様やご家族・周りの方々と向き合いながら

患者様ご本人からも沢山のことを教えてもらっています。

その中で、病院レベルではないと思うが気軽に相談する場所がないことを知りました。

何か自分に出来ないかと思って考えたのが「カフェで気軽に相談」です。

I have studying about counceling since I had worked at Human Resource Department.

I took qualifications ; Industrical counselor, Career counselor, Psycology counselor,

Career consultant, Career consultant certified technicuan Level 2,

Psychiatric Social Worker

I have working experienced ; 7 years telephone counseling, and more than 10 years

counseling with workers, students, parents, families, freiends.....

Now I work at a Psychiatric Mental Hospital to see and talk face to face with patients, their families and people aound them. I have been learning from patients a lot, too.

And, I knew there is nothing place to talk casual before they decide coming to hospitals.
