１５．「欲」があるから「不安」もある／unless you have "desire", there is "anxiety"

カウンセラーのKeidyです。

「欲」と「不安」の大きさは比例して存在するならば、「欲」がある限り「不安」も同じ大きさである。ってことですよね。

なんだか「不安」って見えないくせして、存在はちゃんとあるんだ！

でも、私たちはそれに振り回されているのです。

ならば「不安」の存在を認めてやろうじゃありませんか？

「欲」がある限り「不安」も存在する。

The size of "desire" and "anxiety" are proportional.　That means, unless you have 2desire", there is same size of "anxiety".

Even we can not see "anxiety", it exists somehow. But we are being swayed by it! 　　

If so, why don't we accept the exist？

Unless you have "desire" to live, there i s "anxiety".
